The local heist occurred at 7248 Rising Sun Ave. at about 9:47 a.m. when he handed a demand note to a teller, obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and fled. The crook was described as black, in his 30s, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 200 pounds, with a mustache, sunglasses and a gray baseball cap with the New York Yankees logo on the front. He also wore a dark blue v-neck T-shirt, gray cargo shorts and white sneakers.

On Aug. 10, authorities say, the same man robbed PNC Bank at 1316 Bethlehem Pike in Flourtown, wearing a black cap with the Chicago Bulls logo, along with a white T-shirt.
